This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 03, 2007:
To pause, breathe, and respond to each situation with love and compassion. To cultivate inner peace by observing my emotions, my thoughts which rise and fall and flit about like so many darting fireflies. To remain focused. To be open. To develop an inner sense of joy. To say "yes!"
